Can I personalise chocolate favours with our names and wedding date?
Yes. We offer personalised wedding favour printing for orders of 20 or more favour boxes. Your names and wedding date can be printed on a card placed inside or attached to each favour. Contact us at info@billees.com.au with your guest count and preferred format for a quote.
What is the minimum order for wedding chocolate favours?
Our standard favour boxes start at 12 units. For fully personalised favours (with custom printing), we require a minimum of 20 units. We can accommodate orders from 12 to 500+ favour units. Larger orders should be placed at least 4 weeks before the wedding date.
Do you offer wedding chocolate tasting sessions before placing an order?
Yes. We offer complimentary tasting sessions at our Rosebery studio for couples planning their wedding. Book via our contact form at least one week in advance. We can also send a curated tasting box to your address for a small fee, which is credited against your final order.
How far in advance should I order wedding chocolate favours?
For standard orders (without custom printing): at least 10 business days before your wedding. For personalised orders with custom printing: at least 4 weeks. During peak wedding season (October to December and April to May), we recommend ordering 6-8 weeks ahead to guarantee availability.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements for wedding guests?
Most Billees products contain dairy. We can create a gluten-free and nut-free selection from our disc product range for guests with specific requirements. Please discuss your guest dietary needs with us at the time of ordering so we can design a suitable selection and clearly label each chocolate.
Do you deliver wedding favours directly to the wedding venue?
Yes. We can deliver to your home, your venue, or both. For venue delivery, we recommend scheduling delivery for the day before or morning of the event. We carefully package all orders to ensure the chocolates arrive in perfect condition. Multiple delivery addresses are no problem for larger orders.
What wedding chocolate favour styles do you offer?
We offer two main approaches: curated gift boxes presented at each place setting (the Signature Collection and Discovery Box work beautifully), and loose chocolates displayed on a central dessert table. Our most popular wedding configuration is the Signature Collection 5-Pack placed at each setting with a personalised menu card.
Can we match the chocolate favour presentation to our wedding theme or colours?
We can discuss presentation options that complement your wedding aesthetic. Our standard favour presentation uses cream and gold tones which suit most palettes. For specific colour matching or custom packaging, contact us early — bespoke packaging requires additional lead time and may involve a small additional cost depending on the complexity.
