The Signature Difference
Every product in the Signature Collection starts with a question: what if we pushed this flavour further? The result is a range of chocolates built around distinct, memorable taste profiles — not the usual safe combinations, but things worth talking about.
We use quality couverture chocolate as the base, then layer real ingredients: roasted pistachios, matcha powder, candied citrus, caramelised sugar. No artificial flavour equivalents.
Each product is handcrafted in our Sydney workshop in small batches. That means freshness, consistency, and the ability to get the details right — because we're not chasing volume.
