Hampers are packaged with internal protection to prevent movement during transit. We use Australia Post and Sendle for metro and regional delivery, with express options available at checkout. All orders include a tracking number.
Can I include a personalised Christmas message with my gift?
Yes. Every Billees Chocolate order includes a complimentary personalised gift card. At checkout, write your Christmas message in the gift message field and we will print it on a card and include it inside the gift box. Do you offer Christmas-themed packaging or advent calendars?
Our Christmas gift boxes use festive cream and gold tissue and a ribbon finish that gives them a seasonal feel without being so specialised that they cannot be used year-round. For advent calendar orders, we offer a reusable wooden advent calendar box that can be refilled each year — more sustainable than single-use cardboard versions.
